We provide a welcome booklet in the flat with all the useful information and best addresses in the area to make your stay unforgettable.
A set of sheets and towels will be provided on arrival, based on one set per bed per stay.
If you require an additional or replacement set, please inform us 24 hours in advance.
An umbrella bed can be provided at an additional cost.
We provide free welcome products for your arrival (coffee capsules, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, bin liners, washing-up liquid, sponges, washing machine tablets).
The products provided have been put in place to ensure your safe arrival.
We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay, as this will depend on your personal consumption.
Use of the flat is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned on the booking form.
The presence of any other person will result in the cancellation of the reservation or the invoicing of additional travellers at a rate of 100 euros per traveller.
Loss of key: 150 euros
The use of the flat and all its facilities must be carried out with good manners and without disturbing the neighbours.
