We provide a welcome booklet in the flat with all the useful information and best addresses in the region to make your stay unforgettable.
A set of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival, on the basis of one set per bed and per stay.

An umbrella bed can be provided for an additional charge.
We provide free welcome products for your arrival (coffee capsules, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, bin liners, washing-up liquid, sponges, washing machine tablets).

We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay, as this will depend on your personal consumption.
Use of the flat is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned on the booking form.
The presence of any other person will result in the cancellation of the reservation or the invoicing of additional travellers at a rate of 100 euros per traveller.
Loss of key: 150 euros
The use of the flat and all its equipment must be carried out with due care and without disturbing the neighbours.
