The center of Monaco, with its many beaches and restaurants, is a ten-minute drive away.

Monte-Carlo Golf Club with sea views is ten minutes away.
Shops, supermarkets and bakeries 2 minutes away by car and less than 10 minutes on foot.

Your agency will be available throughout your stay.
We provide a welcome booklet in the flat with all the useful information and best addresses in the region to make your stay unforgettable.
A set of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival, on the basis of one set per bed and per stay.
If you would like an extra set or a replacement, please let us know 24 hours in advance.
An umbrella bed can be provided for an additional charge.
We provide free welcome products for your arrival (coffee capsules, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, bin liners, washing-up liquid, sponges, washing machine tablets).
The products available to you have been put in place to ensure your safe arrival.
We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay, as this will depend on your personal consumption.
Use of the flat is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned on the booking form.
The presence of any other person will result in the cancellation of the reservation or the invoicing of additional travellers at a rate of 100 euros per traveller.
Loss of key: 150 euros.
The use of the flat and all its equipment must be carried out with due care and without disturbing the neighbours.
